B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Paragon Marketing Projects is a B2B telemarketing agency founded in 2017. We are looking for an ambitious SDR to join our growing team in Portsmouth.
Portsmouth · In person
£27,000 - £34,000 OTE per year
Sales / Telemarketing experience preferred
Key responsibilities
- Execute telemarketing campaigns for multiple B2B clients
- Manage relationships with key client accounts
- Participate in campaign management including reporting, client briefings, and data analysis
- Maintain regular phone contact with clients to discuss progress and propose new initiatives
- Engage in prospect conversations and relationship building
Requirements
- 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience (required)
- GCSE or equivalent education (preferred)
- Ability to commute to Portsmouth (required)
- UK work authorisation (required)
